The 1st Leadership Course is an intensive, online, practical leadership training course which gives the skills needed to be an effective leader. Participants learn the leadership tools to lead by using the appropriate style and behaviour to lead successfully in different business and team situations, from the comfort of their desks.
As the interaction is online with teleconferencing facillities, participants gain through working at their own speed in their own time. They can work with others, to share experiences and practice new skills. Through one to one coaching they gain feedback in a truly confidential, risk-free environment.
